Die Beschreibung eines Prüfungsordnungsmoduls enthält allgemeine
Angaben zur Verwendbarkeit und zu den Rahmenbedingungen für Prüfungen,
so wie sie in den Prüfungsordnungen festgelegt sind.

Inhalt:
The Module of Free Choice is a module of the student's choice. It may be a complete module (with 15 ECTS) or may be combined individually out of different modules and courses with a total of 15 ECTS. The chair offering the module, part of the module or individual courses must ensure that all courses are graded (maximum 1 course with 2,5 ECTS doesn't have to be graded - a confirmation of participation is enough. The final grade of CE11 is then calculated based on the grades of the other courses). The course selections and examination details need approval by the students’ dean.
Another mandatory elective module from M.Sc. Chemistry or M.Sc. Molecular Science may be chosen as an elective module, too - however, there must be no overlap with courses from the Mandatory module or Mandatory elective module. Here, the module of free choice needs approval by the representative module coordinator. In this case approval of the students’ dean is not necessary.
