Inhalt:

MAP soft skills courses strengthen, amongst others, the interpersonal, communication, economic and management skills of our students.
Changing seminars including courses on management and the elaboration of a business plan as well as course on crystal growth organised by Fraunhofer IISB

Lernziele und Kompetenzen:

Students who successfully participate in this module • can work co-operatively and responsibly as part of a team and critically reflect upon and improve their own behaviour in a group

• analyze the specific project problem and synthesize a solution, applying comprehensive disciplinary knowledge and skills

• can present complex, subject-specific content clearly and present arguments effectively

• give fellow students constructive feedback

• critically evaluate the own project solution and related approaches

• can elaborate a business plan

• enhance their management-related know how in specific fields
