Doppler cooling, magneto-optical trap, optical dipole trap, Sisyphus cooling

The Penning and the Paul trap, laser cooling of trapped ions, resolved sideband cooling
5. Dispersive light-matter interaction:
phase shift, spatial and temporal mode matching for efficient light matter interaction
6. Atom-photon entanglement:
Einstein-Rosen-Podolsky paradox, Bell's inequality
