Studierende, die im Einstufungstest weniger als Level 2 erreicht haben, dürfen in den folgenden Fällen ebenfalls an diesem Kurs teilnehmen:
ANWESENHEIT
Um diesen Kurs erfolgreich abzuschließen ist eine regelmäßige und aktive Teilnahme erforderlich. Welche Leistungen Sie während des Kurses erbringen müssen, um zur Abschlussprüfung zugelassen zu werden, erfahren Sie in der ersten Sitzung. Beachten Sie bitte, dass u.U. nicht alle prüfungsrelevanten Kursmaterialien über StudOn zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Die Teilnehmer sind selber verantwortlich, versäumte Sitzungen selbständig nachzuholen, fehlende Kursmaterialien zu besorgen, und Pflichtaufgaben ggf. nachzureichen. PRÜFUNG
Die Abschlussklausur (schriftliche Prüfung, 60 Minuten) findet für alle Gruppen am Samstag, 5. Juli 2014 statt. Raum und Uhrzeit entnehmen Sie bitte dem Terminplan für die Abschlussklausuren, die ab Anfang Mai auf StudOn veröffentlicht wird. Studierende, die aufgrund der regelmäßigen Teilnahme am Unterricht zur Teilnahme an einer Prüfung berechtigt sind, werden verbindlich dafür angemeldet. Eine Prüfungsanmeldung über mein campus ist möglich aber nicht erforderlich, da sämtliche Noten automatisch eingetragen werden. Die Prüfungsnummer ist 30153. LEISTUNGSNACHWEIS
Studierende, die diesen Kurs erfolgreich abschließen, erfüllen die Mindestanforderung der Prüfungsordnung (Nachweis der Fremdsprachenkompetenz) und erhalten neben dem Leistungsnachweis auch eine entsprechende Bescheinigung zur Vorlage beim Landesjustizprüfungsamt, sofern diese noch nicht aufgrund einer bestandenen Prüfung in einer anderen Sprache ausgestellt wurde. WIEDERHOLUNGSMÖGLICHKEIT / FOLGEN EINER NOCHT BESTANDENEN PRÜFUNG
Dieser Kurs wird jedes Semester angeboten. Eine nicht bestandene Prüfung muss wiederholt werden. Teilnehmer, die die Note 5,0 bekommen (= weniger als 50% der Punkte), müssen den gesamten Kurs wiederholen. Teilnehmer, die die Note 4,7 erreichen (= mindestens 50% der Punkte), dürfen die Prüfung zum nächsten regulären Termin (am Samstag, 24. Januar 2015) wiederholen, ohne den Kurs noch mal besuchen zu müssen. Teilnehmer müssen in diesem Fall unbedingt ihre(n) Kursleiter(in) kontaktieren, um die nicht-bestandene Prüfung einzusehen und zu besprechen. Wird die Prüfung in solchen Fällen nicht zum nächsten Termin abgelegt, muss danach der gesamte Kurs wiederholt werden. Eine Wiederholung zur Notenverbesserung ist ausgeschlossen.

Please be aware that not all materials relevant for the exam will necessarily be posted on StudOn and that participants are responsible for making sure that they catch up on any missed classes, acquire any additional materials and complete and/or submit any compulsory tasks. ASSESSMENT
The final exam consists of a 90 minute written examination (approximately 80% of the grade) and a listening exam (approximately 20%). The written exam will take place on Saturday, 5th July 2014 and the listening exam will take place during class time towards the end of the course. Up to 10% may also be awarded for active participation during the course. CERTIFICATE / RECORD OF ACHIEVEMENT
Students who successfully complete the course will receive a graded certificate of completion (Schein) and - if this is the first or second course taken in addition to the Pflichtkurs - will also receive a separate certificate (law and language basic level) as a record of their achievement so far. REPEATING THE COURSE
We expect to offer this course again in the winter semester 2014/2015. Students who fail the exam and wish to retake it may do so at the end of the next semester without having to retake the whole course, providing they obtain the grade 4,7. Students who fail with the grade 5,0 must retake the whole course before being allowed to attempt the exam again. Additional information for students who are interested in taking this course as an online / blended-learning course:
A grade of 2,7 or better in Introduction to English Legal Language is required to take this course as an online / blended-learning course
Students who wish to take more than one level 3 law course this semester may only take one as a blended-learning course
Attendance is compulsory at all three classroom workshops, so please check the dates carefully!
The final (one hour) class on 27th June is an additional, optional (but strongly recommended) exam revison session
Students will work through most of the course materials independently using both online and printed materials. In the workshops students will have the opportunity to ask questions, clarify any points they are unsure about, and use the vocabulary and knowledge they have acquired in practical exercises.

Students who succesfully complete the course will receive a graded certificate of completion (Schein). REPEATING THE COURSE
Students who fail the exam and wish to retake it may do so at the end of the next semester without having to retake the whole course, providing they obtain the grade 4,7. Students who fail with the grade 5,0 must retake the whole course before being allowed to attempt the exam again.

Dieser Kurs darf ausschließlich von eingeschriebenen Studierenden des Bachelorstudiengangs Wirtschaftsrecht (LLB) belegt werden, die entweder Level 4 im Einstufungstest erreichen, oder den allgemeinen Teil des Sprachenmoduls bereits erfolgreich abgeschlossen haben. Plätze werden zunächst an diejenigen Studierenden vergeben, die bereits den Kurs Legal English for Students of Law and Economics LLB (bzw. - Dieser Kurs ist der erforderliche Fachsprachkurs (Pflichtkurs) in Französisch gemäß § 24 (2) JAPO (2003).
ANMELDUNG
Voraussetzung für die Teilnahme ist eine rechtzeitige Kursanmeldung online unter https://sprachkurse.uni-erlangen.de sowie ein Einstufungstestergebnis von mindestens 60%.
TEILNAHMEVORAUSSETZUNGEN
• Studium Rechtswissenschaft (Staatsexamen) ab 3. Fachsemester
• Einstufungstestergebnis (Französisch für Hörer aller Fakultäten) von mindestens 60%
Studenten, die im Einstufungstest weniger als 60% erreichten, dürfen auch an diesem Kurs teilnehmen, auch ohne den Test zu wiederholen, wenn sie mindestens einen der folgenden Kurse bestanden haben: Elementarkurs IV und Vertiefungskurs.
PRÜFUNG
Die Abschlussklausur ist eine schriftliche Prüfung. Sie dauert 90 minutes und findet am Ende des Semesters statt.
LEISTUNGSNACHWEIS
Studierende, die diesen Kurs erfolgreich abschliessen erfüllen die Mindestanforderung der Prüfungsordnung (Nachweis der Fremdsprachenkompetenz) und erhalten neben dem Leistungsnachweis auch eine entsprechende Bescheinigung zur Vorlage beim Landesjustizprüfungsamt.
WIEDERHOLUNGSMÖGLICHKEIT

- Jurastudenten mit ausreichenden Russischkenntnissen, die den Kurs „Russisch: juristische Fachsprache I“ absolviert haben oder den Einstufungstest (wird im 1. Unterricht durchgeführt) erfolgreich bestehen (mind. 60 Prozent der Aufgaben richtig lösen). Der Kurs wird in der russischen Sprache durchgeführt. Voraussetzung für den Erwerb eines benoteten Scheins ist eine regelmäßige aktive Teilnahme und das Bestehen der Abschlussklausur.
