- Original German designation of this course is “Glaubenslehre in theoretisch-reflektierender Perspektive”. It is open to Erasmus-Students and will therefore be held in English.
The course provides a survey of major themes in Muslim theology and philosophy, from teachings of the Qur’an to contemporary Muslim thought, through a close reading and discussion of (translated) primary texts and supplemented by secondary literature for historical context and further analysis.
Registration on myCampus is obligatory. The link to the Zoom meeting room will be send to all registered students prior to the first session.
