- Are we in an era of democratic regression? Is the liberal script of Western democracies under threat? Is it more than a democratic backsliding? Based on the thinking and works of Adam Przeworski we will read together the latest book of Adam Przeworski “Crises of Democracy” (Cambridge University Press 2019).
Please note: I would recommend to buy the book for our work in class (ca. 20 EUR). The chapters for each session will also be available as pdf on StudOn.
