2 SWS, ECTS-Studium, ECTS-Credits: 3, Sprache Englisch, Beginn ab KW 43. The class will give an overview of vibrational spectroscopic methods that can be used to study materials: Raman, IR and Brillouin spectroscopy. The lecture will present first the particularities of vibrations in glasses. Then the techniques will be presented in a practical way with exercises on data treatment.
