Sprachkurs für Hörer aller Fakultäten, geeignet als Schlüsselqualifikation, Sprache Englisch, Einstufungstestergebnis: Level 2 oder mindestens 4 SWS im Level 1 Bereich bestanden

- Entry requirements: placement test result "Level 2" OR Level 1 completed (= 4 SWS at Level 1 passed)
- Inhalt
- In this class you will be offered the opportunity to gain confidence in speaking English through speaking English.
The emphasis will be on making you more comfortable in speaking English and your tutor’s aim will be rather to help you with vocabulary and pronunciation and with the rhythm and stress of the language than to demand strict grammatical accuracy.
The topics for discussion will range from subjects of general interest to the more academic.
Some of these topics will be chosen by your tutor but you will also be asked to speak about your own particular areas of interest or to research subjects of interest to you so that you can share the gathered information with the other members of the class.
Your grade will be based on:
Your performance in class Your recorded, spoken answers to a range of questions which will be posed to you automatically in the language lab. A listening comprehension done in class.
Es wird empfohlen, im Zuge des Studiums einer Fremdsprache einmal die Übung "Kickstart: Fremdsprachen lernen" (auf UNIVIS unter Sprachenzentrum > Sprachbezogene Zusatzqualifikationen in Erlangen) zu besuchen.
