- Inhalt
- Intercultural competence is without doubt the central catchword in foreign language teaching in the 21st century. It is unarguable that foreign language learning also involves intercultural learning. Many curricula as well as the educational standards describe the intercultural (communicative) competence as a core objective of the foreign language classroom.
This seminar aims to deal with the concept of intercultural learning and teaching. What is intercultural learning and teaching and how is it done? A closer look will be taken at how the FLC can contribute to raising intercultural awareness within our learners.
