• development of service innovations based on a clear strategy from businesses with four interlocking core elements: search, selection, implementation and evaluation of innovative concepts

• successful approaches, methods, tools and efforts to develop service innovations
  

Lernziele und Kompetenzen:

• Students can analyze service innovation, the management of service innovation and and the design of services, from both theoretical and practical perspectives.

• They can apply the service-dominant logic and service design tools.

• The can evaluate servitization issues as well as service business models, technology & services.
