Inhalt:
The module consists of practical work in inorganic and organic synthesis on the advanced level, e.g., synthesis metal complexes, transition metal complexes, stopped-flow methods and kinetics, ligand synthesis for metal-organic frameworks (MOFs), chromatographic separation methods, organo and biocatalysis.
Lab practicals will include modern spectroscopic techniques and data Interpretation.
Lernziele und Kompetenzen:
The students
have in-depth expertise in the field of molecular and complex chemistry
are able to independently carry out complex syntheses under inert gas conditions
are familiar with a wide range of analytical, kinetic and electrochemical methods and can use them in laboratory practice
gain basic knowledge to elucidate the reaction mechanisms
know advanced chemical working techniques
are familiar with analysis of sophisticated syntheses and analysis.
