Konsistenzbedingungen für die Artefaktreduktion im Kegelstrahl-CT Die meisten Methoden zur Artefaktreduktion in der
Flachdetektor-CT (FDCT) verlassen sich heute auf
Heuristiken, Vorwissen, zusätzliche Sensoren oder
iterative Prozeduren. Jedoch findet eine ganze Gattung an
Methoden zur Artefaktreduktion bislang nur wenig
Anwendung in gängigen FDCT-Systemen. Das theretische
Modell der Geometrie und Physik von CT sowie FDCT
stellt Bedingungen an die Projektionsbilder. Es ist
wohlbekannt, dass solche Datenkonsistenzbedingungen
mathematische Redundanzen in den Projektionsbildern
beschreiben, die auf die Tatsache zurückgehen, dass jede
Projektion aus Linienintegralen durch das gleich Objekt
bestehen, lediglich aus verschiedenen Richtungen. Wenn
diese Redundanzen verletzt werden, beispielsweise durch
einen eingeschränkten Blickwinkel oder eine Bewegung des
Objektes während der Aufnahme einzelner Projektionen,
dann werden solche Konsistenzbedingungen typischerweise
nicht mehr erfüllt. Datenkonsistenzbedingungen in der CT
wurden vor allem für Parallelstrahl-Geometrien schon
seit 25 Jahren untersucht. Es wurde gezeigt, dass
Konsistenzbedingungen sehr attraktive Lösungen für eine
Bandbreite an Problemen liefern, beispielsweise
Bewegungsschätzung, Korrigierung und Extrapolation
fehlender Daten. Für diese mangelt es jedoch an
Anwendungen für echte
Systeme; sie arbeiten nur auf idealen, oft rauschfreien
Phantom-Simulationen.
Das Ziel dieses Projektes ist es, bestehende
Konsistenzbedigungen zu erweitern, so dass ihr
praktischer
Einsatz die intrinsischen Schwächen von FDCT,
insbesondere Bewegung und Trunkierung, behebt. Das
Ziel ist eine praktische Anwendbarkeit auf klinische
