nur Fachstudium, Sprache Deutsch, die Übung findet als Blockveranstaltung statt und wird zusammen mit der Vorlesung "Produktionsprozesse in der Elektronik" geprüft; Teilnahme: Informatiker im Nebenfach Fertigungsautomatisierung bzw. als Wahlfach; Anmeldung: spätestens bei der ersten VE "Produktionssysteme in der Elektronik 2" Termine werden in der Vorlesung bekanntgegeben
Time and place: n.V.; comments on time and place: Die Übungseinheiten finden im Rahmen von Exkursionen bei verschiedenen Industriepartnern statt. Treffpunkte und Termine werden in der Vorlesung bekannt gegeben. Falls Exkursionen aufgrund von Corona nicht möglich sind, wird die Übung online durchgeführt.

- Ergänzend zur Vorlesung "Produktionsprozesse in der Elektronik" bieten wir im Rahmen der Übung Exkursionen zu verschiedenen Unternehmen der Elektronikproduktion an. Dadurch können Sie elektronische Systeme und deren Produktion hautnah miterleben. Die Besuche beinhalten eine Firmenvorstellung, einen Fachvortrag sowie eine Führung durch die Produktion. Die Inhalte der Übungen sind prüfungsrelevant.

- Contents
- The lecture Production Processes for Electronics (formerly Production in Electronics 2) deals with the production of electronic assemblies including necessary processes, technologies and materials along the entire production chain. Attention is paid on the process steps starting with the layout design of printed circuit boards up to a complete electronic assembly. In addition, the necessary aspects of quality assurance and material logistics and recycling also are discussed. Furthermore, manufacturing processes for MEMS and solar cells as well as for flexible three-dimensional circuit carriers are presented. The Exercises to Production Processes for Electronics will contain several excursions to companies in the various fields of electronics production.
